Koach Katlyn’s faith is a personal core value. It has shaped her and molded her into the person she is today. You may not be a person of faith, but it is important to her. She will never push it on you, but will live it out in front of you.

Koach Katlyn holds excellence as a personal core value. She believes in doing everything she does at the highest level of excellence and empowering others to operate at their highest level of excellence.

Koach Katlyn holds honor as a personal core value. She believes that everyone deserves to be honored and she conveys this through her communication, coaching, and curriculum.

4. Servant hood

Koach Katlyn holds servant hood as a personal core value. She believes that we only live when we choose to give, therefore, Katlyn tries to give through serving her clients and community to meet their greatest needs.

5. Encouragement

Koach Katlyn holds encouragement as a personal core value. She knows she was created to encourage others and tries to do that every day in every way she can. In a society that is always telling us we can’t, Katlyn wants to be the voice that tells others they can!

Koach Katlyn is an Inspirational Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Identity Coach, and Author. She holds her Masters Degree in Global Organizational Leadership from Regent University and is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Katlyn has worked with organizations, such as, Free Chapel, Growing Leaders Inc., and was Miss Georgia International Miss 2013.

Koach Katlyn’s SPECIALITY IS IDENTITY. She is an expert at partnering with individuals, business, churches, and organizations to assist them in identifying their ultimate goals, their brand, and the steps it will take them to get maximum results. Katlyn lives to encourage, empower, and equip individuals and organizations to operate at their fullest potential. Katlyn has spoken at numerous conferences, schools, churches, youth events, women’s events, and done a variety of training seminars. She has also done a variety of personal coaching, group coaching, church coaching, and business/organizational coaching. Katlyn is also a creative writer and is an author, curriculum writer, and avid blogger.

As someone who has had to overcome a life-threatening eating disorder, a speech impediment, bullying, and numerous obstacles, Katlyn is passionate about motivating people and mobilizing organizations to push past adversity to do and be their best! Koach Katlyn has learned and deeply believes that individuals and organizations can fulfill their dreams with a partner along the journey. She fervently seeks to be that partner and journey with individuals and organizations to see them reach their greatest potential!

Koach Katlyn is especially passionate about seeing this generation of students set up to succeed through developing leadership skills and discovering their personal identity. Her favorite quotes is: ‘It’s easier to prepare than to repair.’ Katlyn deeply believe that the future success of our world lies in the preparation of this generation and seeing them become confident leaders of their lives! She wants to see this generation of students become the greatest generation history has ever seen.

Koach Katlyn also loves giving back to her community! Katlyn has volunteered with numerous organizations, such as, Relay for Life and the National Eating Disorder Association. In addition, in 2013 she founded Letters of Liberty which host events to write letters of thanks to our troops. So far over 5,000 handwritten of letters have been sent to thank our troops for their service to our country!

When Katlyn isn’t speaking, coaching, or writing, she enjoys running, reading, mentoring, spending time with her family, drinking coffee, and cooking yummy Mexican food! Katlyn is a Georgia Peach who currently resides in Virginia with her husband Jeremy Bryan.
